We can organise high-quality free viewing trips where you purchase a property in Bulgaria from us at the time of your trip.  This offer applies to selected Bulgarian properties only on the Black sea coast. You will be met on arrival at the airport by one of our English-speaking overseas representatives and you will be accommodated  in hotels selected by our Balchik office.  Our experienced staff will accompany you and provide you with all the professional support you will need to purchase your property  and will ensure you make the most of your viewing trip.Arranging your viewing trip through us will guarantee you peace of mind and comfort throughout your stay. We can also advise you on the best options for booking your flights and we will even contribute towards the cost of your flights where you purchase a property through us on your trip. If you have already made your own travel and accommodation arrangements, please tell us the date and time when you would like to be met by our representative and we will then organise your  viewing trip as per your own request. Whilst you are in Bulgaria, you can contact our office in Balchik at any time to arrange a viewing trip on the spot!

Useful tips

• If would like to buy a property in a particular area in Bulgaria but you have not chosen a property from our website, we will be happy to assist you with your property search and to provide you with information on the properties available in the area. We can then arrange your viewing trip to the respective area and show you a number of Bulgarian properties.
• With our professional guidance, we can help you plan you viewing trip to suit your requirements.  We would recommend a trip of between  1 to 3 days.
• We can discuss with you the best way to avoid high costs and long tiring journeys.
• You will benefit from our long experience in the travel industry in Bulgaria and in customer service.

Terms & Conditions 

Our company can arrange a free viewing trip for you and another member of your party on selected properties. The free viewing trip can be provided only for customers who purchase a property in Bulgaria. Our company will take care of your transfers from/to the airport; provide your accommodation, transportation, viewing with a private car and escort by one of our English speaking Representatives based in the area. Free viewing trips can be provided only to customers who make a purchase of a property in Bulgaria and whilst on the trip. The free viewing trip can be arranged only on selected properties.  

Our company can provide free accommodation selected by us and transport for you and another member of your party (maximum 3 people) for up to three nights. We will also contribute towards the cost of your flight upon presenting your receipts of the purchased tickets, payable on your return home and subject to a definite purchase.

Should you decide not to make a purchase of a property in Bulgaria on the viewing trip, then you would be fully responsible for all the costs of your trip, including your accommodation, transfers and flights. 

In all cases, you must pay a deposit of 250 € for your accomodation and transfers which will be fully refunded to you where you make a purchase whilst on the trip.
